What it does

Claude Code Settings is one developer's published Claude Code setup, packaged so other people can reuse it. The main plugin bundles a set of skills and subagents for research, code review, issue fixing, image generation and session handoffs. The repository also has settings.json templates for running Claude Code through other model providers and gateways. The README is written in Chinese. The skills themselves are standard SKILL.md folders, and you can install them one at a time.

What is inside

• Workflow skills: brainstorming for design before coding, grill-me for tough design reviews, and handoff for writing a summary the next session can pick up
• GitHub skills: github-fix-issue runs from analysis to pull request, and github-review-pr reviews a pull request with parallel subagents and inline comments
• Delegation: codex-skill hands coding or review tasks to the OpenAI Codex CLI for a second opinion
• Research and media: a multi-agent deep-research skill, YouTube transcript extraction, translation, and image generation through Gemini or OpenAI
• Subagents: PR reviewer, issue fixer, UI engineer, and reflection or documentation helpers
• Config templates: ready settings files for Copilot, LiteLLM, DeepSeek, Qwen, Vertex, Azure, MiniMax and OpenRouter

Works with

The plugin and templates target Claude Code. The individual skills can also be installed with the skills CLI into other agents that read SKILL.md.

Maintenance and safety

The repository is MIT-licensed and gets regular updates. Some skills need your own Gemini or OpenAI API keys. The manual install replaces your whole ~/.claude folder, so back it up first. The Copilot template sends Claude Code traffic through a local copilot-gateway proxy that uses your Copilot subscription. Check that this fits your provider's terms before you rely on it. The brainstorming and skill-creator skills closely follow well-known upstream versions.

Who should use it

It suits Claude Code users, especially Chinese-speaking developers, who want a practical starter set of GitHub and research skills, or who run Claude Code against models other than Anthropic's. Pick the pieces you need rather than installing everything.
