Hostinger Horizons is the AI app builder from web host Hostinger. It has since been merged with Hostinger's website builder into a single product now marketed as Hostinger AI Builder. You describe a website or web app in plain language and it is built and hosted on Hostinger, with a domain, business email, SSL and a built-in backend handled for you. It can produce business sites, portfolios, booking pages and online stores as well as small web apps such as client portals, calculators, CRMs and membership sites.

Verdict

Hostinger's builder is the cheapest way to get a small AI-built project hosted with a domain, and it removes nearly all technical setup. The low headline price depends on a four-year term, renewal prices are much higher, and it offers far less flexibility and code control than developer-focused builders such as Lovable, Bolt or v0.
