About Easy Vibe

What it does

Easy Vibe is an open, multi-language course on "vibe coding": going from a described idea to a working product with an AI coding agent. It's structured as a three-stage learning path, from beginner prototyping through full-stack development to more advanced Claude Code workflows, built by the Datawhale China open-source community.

What is inside

  • Interactive tutorials with visual walkthroughs, animated explanations and a simulated IDE coding environment
  • 80+ interactive topics, ranging from fundamentals to more advanced, frontier concepts
  • Real-world capstone projects, including SaaS applications and cross-platform apps
  • Content available in 10 languages: English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Arabic and Vietnamese

Works with

The course explicitly targets Claude Code, Cursor and Trae as the agents readers practice with, and ships an llms.txt file so an AI agent can navigate the repository on its own and find the relevant tutorial section for a given question.

How to install or connect

The docs site is browsable online, or you can run it locally:

npm install
npm run dev

Then open http://localhost:3000 in a browser. You can also ask an AI coding agent directly: "please help me run this project locally."

Maintenance and safety

Active and popular (19,000+ stars, weekly commits), published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 licence, so re-use of the written content is free but restricted to non-commercial contexts without separate permission from the authors.

Who should use it

Complete beginners, product managers and students who want a structured, hands-on path into AI-native product development, plus more experienced developers looking to formalize their AI-collaboration workflow and pick up patterns for working with Claude Code specifically.

Pros

  • Genuinely structured, beginner-to-advanced curriculum rather than a loose link list
  • Localized into 10 languages, unusually broad for a community project
  • Ships an llms.txt so agents can navigate it directly

Cons

  • Non-commercial licence restricts reuse of the content itself
  • It's a course to work through, not an installable skill or tool
