What it does

Claude Skills by Jeff Smolinski (jeffallan) is a Claude Code plugin, published as fullstack-dev-skills, that bundles 67 role-style skills for full-stack development. Claude loads a skill when your request matches its area. For example, asking for JWT authentication in a NestJS API brings in the NestJS skill and its authentication reference file. Skills can also be chained for larger jobs, such as feature planning, architecture, implementation, tests and deployment.

Works with

The repository is built for Claude Code and installs as a plugin. The skill folders use the standard SKILL.md layout, and the quick start guide also documents installing through npx skills add, which works in other Agent Skills-compatible tools. That route does not include the slash commands.

Maintenance and safety

The project is MIT licensed. It has a CI workflow, a changelog and published documentation. The last update was in August 2026. The skills are mainly instructions and reference text. The workflow commands need an Atlassian MCP server, which can read and write your Jira and Confluence data. Only connect it with an account whose permissions you are happy to give the agent.

Who should use it

Claude Code users who work across many stacks and want ready-made guidance for each framework. It also suits teams that plan work in Jira and want the agent to follow a structured epic workflow.
