What it does

PM Skills Marketplace is a plugin marketplace of product-management skills and chained commands for Claude Code and Claude Cowork. Each skill encodes a known product framework, such as opportunity solution trees, assumption mapping or a product strategy canvas, and walks the agent through it step by step, so product decisions and documents come out structured rather than as generic text.

What is inside

Nine plugins group the skills by domain: product discovery, product strategy, execution, market research, data analytics, marketing and growth, go-to-market, a general toolkit, and an AI shipping kit. Commands chain several skills into a workflow; for example, the discovery command runs ideation, assumption identification, prioritisation and experiment design in sequence, and each command suggests a sensible next one. Execution covers PRDs, OKRs, roadmaps, sprints, retrospectives and release notes. The AI shipping kit is the most relevant part for builders: it documents a vibe-coded app, compares documented intent with what the code actually does, maps test coverage, and runs static security and performance audits into a reviewer-ready packet.

Works with

Built for Claude Code and Claude Cowork. Codex can install the same marketplace, though slash commands do not run there. The skill files follow the open SKILL.md format and can be copied into Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Cursor or Kiro.

How to install

Install the other plugins the same way, for example pm-execution@pm-skills or pm-ai-shipping@pm-skills.

Maintenance and safety

MIT licensed, actively maintained, with automated tests for the plugin structure. The content is Markdown instructions, so there is little executable risk. Most of the pack targets product managers rather than engineers, and framework outputs are only as good as the context you give the agent.

Product managers, founders and solo builders who want their coding agent to help with discovery, PRDs and launch planning, and teams that need to make AI-built code reviewable before shipping.
